Clik here to view.Connoisseur have launched the brand new Brooklyn range, collaborating with OddFellows Ice Cream Co, one of the most popular ice cream parlours in Brooklyn, to create four new flavours designed to “take you on a journey throughout four iconic Brooklyn neighbourhoods”.
The Chocolate Brownie with Chocolate Custard flavour, inspired by the Flatbush neighbourhood, is described as follows:
Ebinger’s Bakery, first opened in Flatbush, Brooklyn in 1898 and was famous for its Blackout Cake. Developed in the 1940’s, the Blackout Cake, was a chocolate layer cake filled and frosted with dark fudge and chocolate cake crumbs. In celebration we bring you our take on the Flatbush Blackout Cake; chocolate ice cream with chewy chocolate brownie pieces and swirled with a rich chocolate custard.
- Peanut Butter & Pretzel with Sweet Cream
- Golden Syrup with a Butter Swirl & Corn Nuts
- Matcha Green Tea with White Chocolate Waffle Cone
The new range is available in 1 litre tubs, and retails for around $9.70 at supermarkets. You’ll find it regularly on special for half price or around $6 to $7 per tub, so keep an eye out for specials!
